This is because we use LED lights that have low operational costs. In addition, our units come with high-efficiency appliances, including heating and air conditioning systems.

Our units have the necessary features and equipment for you to enjoy comfortable senior living. They are designed to be easily accessible to persons with disabilities, and they have solid surface countertops. The usual measurement range of our units is 720–935 sq ft for units with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as 1,025–1,140 sq ft for units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
